1. Who we are
This website is operated by Jason Derulo Inc, 1880 Century Park East, Ste 1600, Los Angeles, CA 90067, United States ("we", "us"). We are the controller of any personal data processed through this website. Contact us at derulo.legal@gmail.com.
2. Summary
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, we do not create user accounts, and we do not collect your name, email address, or other contact details through this website. We do not sell or share your personal information.
3. What data is processed
Hosting and security (Cloudflare)
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit, your browser automatically sends technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the request. Cloudflare processes this data to deliver the website, keep it secure, and protect it against attacks and abuse. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies (for example to distinguish people from bots). See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Content storage (Supabase)
Music, video, and tour information, including album and video artwork, is stored with Supabase, Inc. This content is copied into the website when it is published, and all images are delivered from this website's own servers. Your browser does not connect to Supabase, and no visitor data is sent to Supabase.
Browser storage
When you dismiss our cookie notice, we save that choice in your
browser's local storage (key: cookie-consent) so the
notice is not shown again. This value stays on your device, is never
sent to us, and can be deleted at any time by clearing your browser's
site data.
4. Legal basis
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process hosting and delivery data on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a secure, functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Storing your notice choice in your browser is strictly necessary to provide the service you requested and does not require consent.
5. International transfers
Cloudflare may process data in the United States and other countries outside your own. Where required, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
6. Retention
We do not store visitor logs ourselves. Our providers keep technical logs only for as long as needed for delivery, security, and legal obligations, as described in their privacy policies.
7. External links
This website links to third-party services such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, SoundCloud, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, ticket sellers, and our merchandise store. These links do not load anything from those services until you click them. Once you leave this website, the privacy policy of the destination service applies.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data; to restrict or object to its processing; and to withdraw consent at any time. This includes rights under the EU and UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Brazil's LGPD, Canada's PIPEDA, and similar laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact derulo.legal@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. California residents
We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
10. Children
This website does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We will update this policy if our practices change, for example before introducing a newsletter or analytics, and will update the date at the top of this page.
